The prices below represent a single payment, pre-paid lease for the selected term
except the one year lease which includes operating expenses.

The additional costs (leases longer than one year) would be your share of the operating costs (estimated to be approx. $735.00 per year for the 22' unit and $775.00 for the 24' unit.)
Operating costs include everything except shuttle service i.e.  land rent, insurance, maintenance, snow removal, management, etc. The one year leases do include 8 round trips on the shuttle.  Longer term leases will be billed every six months for your actual use of the shuttle at the standard rate of $20.00 per round trip ($10.00 each way).
