What Is An
Airport Resort Parking
Individual Parking Garage? It is an individual parking garage
that is available for lease. You or your
company will have the exclusive use of a garage which is completely enclosed and has its own garage door opener and keypad opener. Where Is It? Located on DIA just off Pena Blvd.
at 7779 Harry B. Combs Parkway across from the business/private jet terminal
(Signature Flight Services).
No other private parking of any type is closer to the terminal. Who Can Use It? Anyone you allow; business associates, family, friends, etc. When Can I Use It? Each individual garage is for your
exclusive use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Will My Car/Truck Fit? Sized to fit cars, SUV’s and trucks.
Three different size garages are available and will fit Ford Excursions,
Chevrolet Suburbans, Hummers, Lincoln Navigators and Cadillac Escalades and
other SUV’s and trucks. How Do I Lease One? Each garage is available for terms
of 1 year, 5 years, or 10 years.
How Does The Shuttle Work? Each
garage is a very short shuttle ride to the terminal.
The airports business jet center, Signature Flight Services, currently
provides the shuttle. Simply call
them prior to arrival for personal pick up at your garage, and call them when you
get your bags upon return to Denver for pick up at the terminal and drop off at
your garage. Can I Sell It? Yes. You can "sell" or assign your garage sublease for the remainder of your sublease term. We will help you handle that from our management office. What If My Car Needs Cleaning or
Maintenance? If
you would like to have your car cleaned, the oil changed, maintenance, etc.,
arrangements can be made with Autotek located at DIA.
They will pick up your car from your garage, service, fuel and/or wash
it, and deliver it back to your garage ready for your use before your return. Where Else Can You Get Covered
Long Term Parking and What Does It Cost? DIA
covered garage parking rates are $18.00 per day. USAirport
Parking located 5 miles farther from DIA charges $2,760 per year for unreserved
canopy parking. Various Personal
Storage Units over 10 miles away charge about $125 per month Covered
Parking at I-70 and Pena Blvd. is 10 miles away and costs $7 to $10 per day.
These prices are current quoted prices and are subject to change by the different
parking operators. What Does It Cost? There are three different size garages (22’, 24’, and jumbo) and 3 different lease terms ( 1, 5, 10, year). Prices are very competitive with your other long term parking options which are not on site and much further away, are not for your exclusive use, and are not as secure from the elements. They For? Yes, annual operating expenses for
each garage varies according to type of unit. The annual costs cover the
actual annual cost of operating and maintaining the garages, prorated for
your individual garage. It includes utilities, insurance, taxes,
land rent to DIA, maintenance, management, shuttle service, snow removal, etc.
