Who Can Use
It?
Anyone you allow; business associates, family, or
friends.
How Do I Lease One?
Each garage is available for terms of 1
year, 5 years, or 10 years.
Can I Sell or transfer It?
Yes. You can "sell" or assign your garage sublease for the remainder of your sublease term. We will help you handle that from our management office.
Are There Annual Dues And What Are They
For?
Yes, but only for leases longer than one
year. Annual operating expenses for each
garage varies according to size of unit. The costs cover the
actual annual cost of operating and maintaining the garages, prorated
for your individual garage. It includes utilities,
insurance, taxes, land rent, maintenance, management, snow removal, etc.
Will My Costs Go Up?
No: The prepaid lease for your garage is a one-time charge for the
entire term of you lease. Operating costs may vary.
