The Centennial garages are condominiums
and can be purchased or leased. If you buy a unit, you are
buying a leasehold estate on leased land. You would
"own" the unit until the lease expires (2036) .
Each unit is 12' X 24' with an electric
garage door opener and an external keypad that can be programmed with
your own PIN number.
